Yesterday I went to a bonfire with Emily and Kristine and we met up with people from my school. It was a little weird since I don’t really talk to any of the people there except Kathy, Marco, and Lauren. It was a little boring so me and Emily decided to leave early. Called up Jenn and decided to go somewhere and hike so we can see a nice view and chose Top of the World park. Emily and I get picked up, get Emily’s car and go pick up Jenn. We take a pit stop to Taco Bell and the guy asks if me and Emily were twins… I don’t know if he was joking or not. Anyways after that we were on our way to Top of the World. None of us have been there before sooo we get lost quite a few times. We ended up near Irvine Spectrum so we go find wifi there so we can get directions. We eventually get there and it was kinda the wrong spot. But the view was still kinda nice. We got lost trying to get out of the neighborhood and got out in a completely different location. I ended up getting home at 12 and my mom was pissed. But it was worth it. I love our car ride talks from our random ass adventures at night. NEXT TIME WE ARE GOING BACK IN THE DAY TIME SO WE CAN ACTUALLY HIKE AND NOT GET LOST. Then come back in the night time.
I wouldn't mind if they just said it without the use of the word faggot cause then it would be funny, but this is just plain rude. I personally don't care because I'm proud of who I am and idc who hates homophobes, but just thinking of how many other people would have been so hurt makes me angry at people like this. It's annoying how people think it's funny, but some people are constantly harassed because of it. Respect doesn't exist for gays I guess. Society is so sad.
That word was uncalled for. But that ask was just plain disrespectful.
